We are looking for a

Personal Assistant (PA) Administrator

Provide administrative support, manage schedules, and handle communication for executives. Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining office workflows.

Tasks:

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Maintain confidential files and documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA or executive assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
